In short

We use the details you send us to reply to you and to talk about lab work. We never sell them, and we share them only with the services that run our forms and messages. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time.

1. Who we are

Estetica Dental Laboratory FZCO (“Estetica”, “we”) is a dental laboratory registered in the DMCC free zone, with its lab at Unit 1403, HDS Business Center, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We make crowns, veneers and implant restorations for dental clinics, and we are responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive:

your name, email address and phone number;
whether you are a clinic owner, dentist, dental lab or other, plus your clinic or lab name and city;
which intraoral scanner you use and roughly how many units you send to a lab each month;
which ad and form you responded to, and when.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we also keep those messages and any files you send. Giving us these details is voluntary, but we need them to reply to you.

Please don’t put patient information in a form or in your first messages. If you become a client, the case files you send are used only to make and deliver that case.

3. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

4. How we use your details

To send you the price list or offer you asked for.
To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about working with us.
To keep a record of enquiries and see which ads bring useful ones.

We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t sell them. If you are in the UK or the EU, we rely on your request (steps before a possible contract) and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from dental professionals.

5. Who we share them with

Meta Platforms, which runs Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our lead forms.
The email and messaging tools our team uses to reply to you.
DHL or other couriers, only the delivery details needed to ship your case.

We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

6. Where they are kept

Our team works in Dubai, so your details are handled in the United Arab Emirates, and our providers may process them in other countries. We send your details to the UAE because you asked us to contact you. We keep them secure and limit access to the people who handle enquiries and cases.

7. How long we keep them

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep what we need for your cases and our business records.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct or delete them, or to stop contacting you. Message us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
